Fun Filled Weekend

We have had a weekend filled with all kinds of fun stuff! Friday morning we went to the doctor for Addyson's 9 month check-up. She weighed 16 lbs. and 2 oz. 27 in. long! She is growing like a weed. Mom went with me because we thought that she was going to have to get shots ( I do not do well with needles) but all she had to have was a TB skin test! She was so good she didn't even cry when the nurse did it. I was so proud of her. Aunt Jenny and Uncle James and Morgan came in from Virginia. We went to lunch with them and did a little bit of shopping. It was tons of fun. It was nice to be able to spend time with them. We don't see them very often.

Friday night Addy got to meet her cousin Landen for the first time. He is as cute as he can be. Addyson and Landen played well together. She kept on taking his paci out and he didn't like that to much. We had a good time getting to visit with my Uncle Tim and Aunt Sandi and my cousins Beth and Landen!

Saturday we went to Dale Hollow Lake to visit Nanna and Papa. Addy stayed at the camp with Nanna and Papa while Mommy and Daddy went out on the boat with Uncle Josh and Aunt Kortney. We had a blast! When we got back to Camp Nanna and Papa took Addy down to the boat dock! I will let the pictures explain how much she liked what she got! We also ate some wonderful funnel cakes and homemade strawberry ice cream. They both were delicious!Can't wait to go back next year!

Our weekend was packed full of fun! The best times are the times spent with close family and friends!

Addyson is crawling faster with each passing day! She is into everything that she can get her hands on. Uncle Alex came over today and tried to teach her how to go down the hallway. I told him "Don't teach her that it will make it harder on me!" Today she was standing in between the couch and coffee table and completely let go. She thought that she was such a big girl. She will be walking before we know it!

On Wednesday we went to visit Nana and Pa at Do-Re-Mi. Addy got to meet Noah for the first time. He is such a sweet boy, and handsome too! Bri came with us and we got Nana something to eat on our way there cause she said that the food was YUCKY! On the way back home we stopped at an invitation store and found some really cute invitation for Addy's birthday can't wait to go back and get them! Here are some pictures of us at Do-Re-Mi.

Cute Little Pink Cast

We took Addyson to the doctor on Friday for her foot. Her foot is just turned in some and they are afraid that it would cause her problems in the future, so they went ahead and put a cast on it. She had an audience whenever she was getting the cast put on. She was smiling the whole time. The cast is hot pink and very cute! She has been adapting well to it. She dags it around all over. She has not complained once. I think that it hurts me more than it does her. We go back in two weeks to get the cast off and the doctor will decide whether we need to wear the cast longer or not.
